Questions
Can I buy an accessory without a case?
Accessories and packs are added to a case or to foam on its own, in the configurator: they travel in the same parcel, with no extra shipping cost.
What is an accessory “with its own pocket”?
The SD card wallet, the cleaning kit, the cable pouch and the multi-tool get a place cut to their shape in your foam, wherever there is room left. The configurator tells you where it puts them.
Is a pack added automatically?
No. The configurator suggests the pack that matches your gear; you take it or not. No paid option is ever ticked for you.
Can accessories be returned?
Yes, standard accessories can be returned within 14 days. Only the foam, cut to your gear, is not eligible for withdrawal.
