- How much clearance does the foam leave around the DJI Mavic 4 Pro?
- 3.5 mm per side. The dimensions agree between the manufacturer’s sheet and another source; they become “verified” after our own measurement.
- Does the case for the DJI Mavic 4 Pro fit as cabin baggage?
- The L case measures 56 × 45.5 × 26.5 cm overall and is over the 55 × 40 × 23 cm cabin size. Ask your airline how to carry it; spare batteries stay in the cabin.
- What about the DJI Mavic 4 Pro’s batteries on a plane?
- These pointers concern spare rechargeable lithium-ion batteries for cameras and drones, not power banks. Keep them in the cabin, each with its contacts protected. Up to 100 Wh per battery, check the airline’s conditions. Above 100 Wh and up to 160 Wh, its prior approval is required. In the United States, the FAA limits this range to two spares per person. For every flight, also check the total number allowed, whatever the batteries’ energy. Above 160 Wh, these batteries are not accepted in ordinary passenger baggage.
