Data processed

• the configuration of your case (gear, layout, options);
• when you order: name, delivery address, e-mail and phone number, to manufacture, deliver and follow up;
• photos of gear sent for recognition: kept [duration] then deleted, never used to train a model without your consent.

Recipients

Our manufacturing workshop receives the cutting file and the packing sheet, with no payment data. The carrier receives the delivery address. The payment provider processes the card details; we never see them.

Shared layouts

If you tick the sharing box when ordering (it is never ticked in advance), your layout appears on a public page once the order is paid: the case size, the gear list and the cutting plan. Not your name, your address or your order reference; the names you gave your custom items are replaced by their dimensions. To remove the page, write to us: it disappears from the site.

Measuring our pages

When you save a configuration, we record the landing page of your visit when it is public, without its parameters, and the site you came from (a search engine, for example), as well as the date you need the case by if you give it. No cookie and no identifier: this information stays attached to the configuration and tells us which pages really help people choose.

Cookies

The configurator keeps a session draft in your browser: gear, names of your own items, plan and options. It offers to restore it after a reload. This draft holds no order details and no payment data; it is not a sharing link. On a shared browser, someone else can access it.

The site uses no advertising or audience-measurement cookies at this time. If that changes, you will be asked for consent, with refusing as easy as accepting.
