Your gear and its dimensions
Dimensions, devices missing from the list, lenses standing or lying.
You add it in the configurator with its measurements (length, width, height, or diameter and length). We leave 2 mm of extra clearance and ask you to confirm these measurements before cutting.
Our sources are not yet enough to guarantee this device’s dimensions to the millimetre. You check the measurements of your own device before cutting, and the foam keeps a little more clearance.
In the configurator, choose “Lenses” then “Small lens”, “Standard lens” or “Large lens”: a spot of the typical size is saved, and you confirm the dimensions before cutting.
Yes, when the foam is thicker than the lens is long. The configurator chooses, lens by lens, what takes the least room, and you can stand them up or lay them down one by one in the cutting plan.
You can order the foam on its own for your case. With a case, the “2nd foam −20%” voucher stays valid for two years.
Ordering and options
What you approve, what is offered, what is never added automatically.
Everything is approved before you order: you check your gear’s dimensions and the cutting plan, then confirm it when ordering. The foam is cut to that plan. If the foam you receive does not match the approved plan, write to us with a photo: we look at it together and find a solution.
No. Packs, accessories and express are offered, never added automatically.
Foam left without pockets can hold compartments for your batteries, cards and cables. The configurator offers them wherever they fit; you can move or remove them.
Manufacturing and quality
Where and how your foam is cut, and what we check.
Every file follows fixed cutting rules: at least 20 mm of foam all the way round, 10 to 15 mm between two pockets depending on their depth, 15 mm under every pocket. Every plan is also checked by our team before cutting.
Delivery and customs
Lead times, countries we deliver to and possible charges on arrival.
5 to 6 weeks with standard delivery, 4 to 5 weeks with express. Cutting starts once you approve your plan.
Worldwide, delivery included, with a tracking number. The stated lead times apply to France: elsewhere, sometimes allow a few more days.
Your case ships directly from our manufacturing workshop: customs duties and import VAT may be charged on delivery by the carrier, depending on the parcel’s value. They are not included in the price shown.
Returns and warranty
Withdrawal, legal warranty and fit.
Because the foam is cut to your gear, it is not eligible for withdrawal (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Standard accessories can still be returned within 14 days.
You benefit from the two-year legal guarantee of conformity.
