Returns and refunds

This English translation is provided for convenience. The French version is the reference text.

In short

• The case and its foam are cut to your gear’s dimensions, from the plan you approved: they cannot be taken back or exchanged under the right of withdrawal.
• Standard accessories (card wallet, padlocks, pouch, cleaning kit…) can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• A defect, or foam that does not match the approved plan, is always covered under the legal warranties: write to us.

1. Custom case and foam: no right of withdrawal

Every foam is cut for one specific configuration: your gear, its dimensions, the position of each pocket and the chosen case. In accordance with article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. This covers the case ordered with its custom foam, foam on its own and the chosen foam colour.

That is why everything is checked before you order: your gear’s dimensions, the cutting plan, the depths and the case size. You confirm this check when ordering, and the approved plan is the reference for cutting. Once placed, the order is final.

2. Standard accessories: 14 days to change your mind

Accessories sold as they are, without cutting to your measurements, carry the 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive your order.

• To exercise it, send us your clear decision through the Contact page or with the form below, stating your order reference (SC-YYYYMMDD-XXXX).
• Then send the accessories back, new and complete, no later than 14 days after informing us. We will give you the return address. Return shipping is at your expense.
• We refund the price of the returned accessories no later than 14 days after receiving your decision, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the items, or proof that they were sent, before refunding.
• Delivery being included in the price of the case, there are no initial delivery costs to refund.

3. Defective or non-conforming product

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). These guarantees also apply to custom products.

If the case is damaged, something is missing or the foam you receive does not match the approved plan, write to us through the Contact page with your order reference and useful photos. We review the case with you and offer a new cut, a replacement or a refund, as the warranty provides. The costs of this are ours.

4. Parcel damaged on delivery

If the parcel arrives damaged, note specific reservations with the carrier when possible, take photos of the box and its contents, and let us know quickly. This does not limit your legal warranties, but helps us handle the case faster.
