Frequently asked questions
Can the video switcher be stored with its cables plugged in?
No: the plan assumes the devices are unplugged and laid flat. Cables and power supplies have their own slot or pouch, which avoids straining the connectors in transit.
My control desk is in a 19-inch rack, is that possible?
Our cases are rigid shells with foam, not racks. For a rack-mounted device, send us its overall dimensions: we will tell you whether it fits in the XL (590 × 455 mm inside).
